Yesterday we had
our Free Gift Day. Yes, the company give free products of toiletteries, skin care, talcums and perfumes
to all staff. All staff – nobody left. Even if u are on leave on that day, the
gift still reserved until the staff come back. Or u can collect it first the
day before u go on leave. And even for the tenaga buruh luar negara – abang abangla
Bangla & Nepals pun dapat hadiah. Lepas ni boleh mandi wangi-wangi semua. Bagus
gila kan
But, some products
are packaging-rejected so we just have to be careful of some leakage. Other
than that, everything is just fine. It’s not yet expired (some just even fresh
out of production but label terkoyak or sumthing). So it’s still and very safe
to use, even in next 3 years.
So yesterday everybody
went back smiling all the way home. And of course, my kids are the ones
much more happier ever…..
To other bosses : It’s
a good thing to implement. At least staff will feel appreciated and delighted,
thus sparks their passion to work. Hargailah
