Since I start keje ni dh 2 kali ambik MC.
Walaupun masa mula nak masuk keja dulu tu dah pasang niat suci murni taknak
suka suki ambik MC at least utk sepanjang probation ni. Tapi apakan daya, bila
badan dh tak sihat, lembik longlai mmg terpaksa cuti. Ini betul2 sakit ye,
bukan sengaja beli MC utk pi shopping ke hapa. Sekarang I dah dewasa, dah tak
buat perkara2 terkutuk mcm tu lagi. Hahaha…
And usually badan I ni selalu sangat rasa
letih. Sangat2 letih. Susah nak terangkan.
Badan rasa mcm nipis melayang (walaupun kalau tengok fizikal adalah
sebaliknya!). Rasa mcm energy tu zero. Kalau ada saki baki yg sedikit tu mmg
hanya tinggal utk breasfeed Aryana dan melayan Zuzu Yaya ala kadar saja.
No more extra energy left for myself. +__+
Why seorang ibu perlukan extra tenaga?
Bagi kawan2 yg breastfeed tentu faham
sangat apa yg I rasa sekarang ni. I believe, most of us, the BF moms mesti
mulutnya akan selalu cakap letih, penat, tak larat etc. Tambah2 lagi yg dh ada
anak 2,3, 4 dan sebagainya. Tambah2 lagi yg anak2 masih kecik, masih perlu kita
ambikkan air, ambikkan makanan, buatkan susu.. Yang ada anak kindy nak kena
ajar dia menulis, mengira…And ibunya pulak yg keje kena drive 60km everyday,
phewwww… I tell you… penat nak m*mp*s!!!!
So kalau setakat tenaga level biasa,
sekadar makan nasik ,
mmg tak cukup.
When I am tired, I’ll become stress. Bila
dah stress, I’ll not doing any house chores. Then kain baju bertimbun tak basuh
and that means my routine has gone to shit! And I’ll become even more n more stress…. Then
bila dah terover stress I akan hangin n marah everybody in the house…
And the next morning I will wake up
half-dead. And this bad routine/ tiredness repeats almost everyday.
I know, when I’m not happy, everybody else
in the house will not feel happy too. Memang tak bagus untuk semua rakyat. Ibu perlu jadi hebat!
So I took a step, asking my beloved
friends about supplements that might help me; and Arina suggest Shaklee. So do
Kak Ngah. Seeing that Shaklee works well on them, so I just wanna give a try.
Mana tahu, lepas ni boleh jadi supermak?
So currently I am officially on this
Energizing Soy Protein. Baru 5 hari makan. But so far, I can say it’s showing positive
result.
ESP my style : mixed with Kurma Ajwa blended.
Kuat tak kuat, our weekend project kemarin ialah : Mengecat pagar rumah which the project manager is me! Hahahaha…
I’ll update more on the results in few
